Refund Policy

Golden Gate strives to provide professional, high-quality financial advisory services and to ensure every client interaction is valuable. We understand that circumstances change, and we have outlined our refund and cancellation policies below to be as fair and transparent as possible.
Consultation Services
Fees paid for completed consultations are generally non-refundable. Once a consultation has been conducted and services have been rendered, we are unable to issue a refund for time and expertise already provided. We encourage clients to come prepared with questions and relevant financial information to make the most of each session.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time may be eligible for rescheduling at no additional charge. We ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible so that we may offer the appointment time to another client. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may not qualify for a refund or rescheduling without a fee. Late cancellations prevent us from offering the time slot to other clients who may need it. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in providing adequate notice whenever possible.
No-Show Appointments
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in forfeiture of any fees paid for that appointment. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please contact us as early as possible. We evaluate no-show situations individually and may consider rescheduling on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Exceptional Circumstances
We recognize that life brings unexpected challenges. Refund requests arising from medical emergencies, family crises, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed individually and sympathetically. If you are experiencing an exceptional situation, please contact us directly to discuss your options. We will do our best to work with you fairly.
Refund Processing Time
When a refund is approved, it is generally processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. You will be notified when a refund has been initiated from our end.
Method of Refund
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. Golden Gate does not charge additional fees for processing approved refunds.
Service Satisfaction
If you have concerns about the quality of services received, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly before requesting a refund. We are committed to client satisfaction and will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns, clarify our recommendations, or provide additional guidance. Many service concerns can be resolved through open communication.
Ongoing Service Agreements
For clients engaged in ongoing advisory relationships, cancellation and refund terms specific to your service agreement will be outlined at the time of engagement. Fees already earned for services rendered prior to cancellation are generally non-refundable. Fees paid in advance for future services will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Changes to This Policy
Golden Gate reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. For consultations scheduled prior to a policy change, the policy in effect at the time of scheduling will generally apply.
